The disease develops mainly in three progressive phases.
The first phase is subdivided in stages Hematogênese Grease and Saturday Night Fever Ortossêmica where the patient gets extreme gestures and mannerisms and suffers delusions of grandeur.

Usually after a period of two years the disease progresses rapidly weakening the patient physically and mentally up to the second stage metastasis Look Who's Talking. Invariably at the end of this phase the patient has a false recovery during a brief period known as Pulp Fiction Momentum.

The disease worsens bound unto the third and final phase: Scientology Terminallis.
